## Summary

**Expands mental health and substance use disorder grant eligibility to include area career and technical education (CTE) schools.** This bill would amend the Public Health Service Act to replace every reference to "institution of higher education" with "covered institution" and define "covered institution" to include both area career and technical education schools and institutions of higher education so CTE programs can apply for the same federal mental health and SUD grants.
