## Summary

**Applies the U.S. Marshals Service’s Federal Performance Based Detention Standards to facilities holding people under immigration laws.** This bill would require that any agreement between the Secretary of Homeland Security and an entity that operates a facility detaining individuals under immigration law include those Federal Performance Based Detention Standards in addition to any existing immigration detention standards.
