The Clearinghouse would be established within 270 days of enactment. - Grant applicants and recipients would see a comprehensive index of federal grant programs with linked applications and guidance on required performance metrics for each award. - Federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local security partners would be asked to provide grant and resource information and would be notified about Clearinghouse updates, improving coordination and access to contacts such as Protective Security Advisors and Fusion Centers.
