## Summary

**Would extend the federal authorization for intercity passenger rail grants to fiscal year 2032.** The bill replaces the 2026 cutoff in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Section 22106(a) with 2032, so eligible intercity rail grant programs remain authorized for six more years.
