## Summary

**This bill would impose a nationwide exclusion on noncitizens identified as adherents to Sharia law.** It would direct the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Attorney General to deny visas and immigration benefits, revoke status, remove people found to adhere to Sharia law, apply penalties for false statements under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, and bar judicial review of those determinations. - Immigrants and visa applicants: Would be denied any immigration benefit, visa, or admission to the United States if identified as an adherent to Sharia law. - Noncitizen residents in the U.S.: Would face revocation of visas or immigration relief and could be declared inadmissible or deportable and removed if an official finds they adhere to Sharia law. - Applicants who lie: False statements about adherence to Sharia law, under the federal false‑statements law, would trigger revocation, inadmissibility or deportation. - Federal enforcement and courts: Enforcement power is placed with the named executive officials and their determinations are made final and not subject to judicial review.
