## Summary

**Keeps SNAP benefits flowing during a FY2026 funding gap by authorizing whatever funds are needed.** The bill would let the Secretary of Agriculture draw from Treasury funds that are not otherwise appropriated to provide uninterrupted Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits during any FY2026 appropriations gap.
