## Summary

**Removes the federal EV charging program standard in the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA).** The bill would repeal paragraph (21) of PURPA section 111(d) and make conforming changes to related provisions by repealing paragraph (8) of section 112(b), striking a sentence in section 112(c), repealing subsection (h) of section 112, and removing a date‑of‑enactment reference in section 124 so the statute no longer contains that federal EV‑charging directive.
