## Summary

**Creates a federal grant program to build barriers between rail lines and nearby homes.** It would fund the design or construction of physical barriers to reduce rail activity that can negatively affect a residence or its use. - Residents near rail lines could get new physical barriers to limit noise, dust, trespass, or other rail impacts.
