**Blocks federal funding to the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.** This bill would bar federal funds to that office, rescind any unobligated federal balances allocated for it, and direct the Attorney General to require repayment for funds spent after January 1, 2021. - Fulton County District Attorney's Office: Would be barred from receiving federal funds and would lose any unobligated federal balances reserved for the office. - Department of Justice and Attorney General: Would be required to take steps to make the office reimburse the federal government for amounts the office expended after January 1, 2021.
