## Summary

**Authorizes sanctions on Iranian individuals and institutions that issue or amplify fatwas calling for violence against U.S. and Israeli leaders.** It would allow blocking of their U.S.-linked assets and bar their entry to the United States. - Designated Iranian people and entities would have property blocked under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and be made inadmissible to the United States, with any existing visas automatically revoked. - U.S. persons and businesses could be prohibited from transacting in property owned or controlled by those designated, and violations may trigger penalties under IEEPA. - The President could waive sanctions for national security reasons with a written justification to Congress within 15 days, and the administration must issue implementing regulations within 120 days. - The bill exempts intelligence reporting, law enforcement actions, and certain international obligations, and it does not apply to imports of goods. Sanctions would end 30 days after the President certifies that Iran no longer repeatedly supports international terrorism under specified statutes.
