## Summary

**This bill would create a mandatory consultation and reporting framework to focus U.S. diplomacy on rising antisemitism in Europe.** It directs senior State Department officials to assess threats and push transatlantic cooperation to counter antisemitism and related terrorism risks to U.S. interests abroad. - The Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs would be asked to assess persistent and growing antisemitism and international terrorism threats in Europe and coordinate with other State Department officials. - The Under Secretary for Political Affairs, acting through that Assistant Secretary, would be tasked with diplomatically engaging governments of apparent concern to advance cooperation against antisemitism and terrorism that could threaten transatlantic stability, U.S. citizens, and U.S. institutions. - The House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations would receive consultations not later than 180 days after enactment and then annually for two years. - The bill does not authorize funding or create new programs and relies on intra-departmental action and existing diplomatic channels.
