## Summary

**Annual, standardized transparency of the GSA Public Building Service real estate portfolio.** This requirement makes the General Services Administration deliver a yearly, detailed report on leases, owned buildings, vacancies, costs, disposals, and relocation plans to two congressional committees. - House and Senate oversight staff get a single, annual report with 12 specified data items, giving lawmakers a consistent view of federal space use and disposals. - Federal tenant agencies must provide GSA plans for relocating from federally owned buildings planned for disposal and for leased space GSA will not renew, including who will pay and whether the agency requested the move. - GSA must report counts of leases signed and terminated, square footage occupied and vacant, operating costs per square foot, completed projects, and deferred maintenance liabilities to standardize portfolio accounting. *This provision does not authorize new funding or new enforcement mechanisms and therefore does not directly change federal spending.*
