## Summary

**Carves out portable fuel containers from the Clean Air Act’s consumer-product rules.** The bill would amend Section 183(e)(1)(B) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7511b(e)(1)(B)) to explicitly exclude portable fuel containers, fuels and fuel additives regulated under section 211, and motor vehicles, non-road vehicles, and non-road engines defined in section 216 from the definition of "consumer or commercial product," removing those items from the regulatory pathway tied to that definition.
