## Summary

**Would create a Manatee Semipostal Stamp to raise funds for manatee conservation.** The United States Postal Service would issue and sell the stamp under existing semipostal rules and transfer all amounts from sales to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for conserving manatees and their habitat. The stamp would be made available to the public for at least two years and issued no later than 12 months after enactment.
