Courts would have no jurisdiction to review those determinations except for claims of U.S. nationality. - Migrants would have to provide public health and security information during an invasion. Failing to provide that information would make them inadmissible and subject to removal, repatriation, or transfer. - The Department of Homeland Security, the State Department, and the Attorney General would be authorized to repel, detain, expel, or remove people involved in the invasion and to use federal personnel and assets to prevent further entry. The President would be required to notify Congress within 7 days after issuing or ending an invasion proclamation.
