## Summary

**This bill would authorize federal rewards for information about offers to harm or kill U.S. law enforcement officers.** It gives the Attorney General the power to pay rewards for tips that lead to arrests or convictions in any country, for conspiracies or attempts, or that help prevent or frustrate such attacks, and it updates the Title 18 chapter heading to add "offering of bounties."
