## Summary

**Public identification and accountability for ICE and CBP officers.** This bill would require every ICE and CBP officer or employee engaged in law enforcement or immigration enforcement to wear a clearly visible, scannable QR code that links to an official DHS website. The site would display the officer's full name, badge number, agency and operational unit, and a timestamped active status. It may show a photo, must not display home address or phone numbers, and must include a secure complaint form and aggregated, non‑personally identifiable complaint totals. - Communities and people contacted by officers gain a quick way to confirm an officer's identity and submit complaints through a public DHS page. The site also provides aggregated complaint counts for officers with submitted complaints. - Enforcement personnel must wear visible QR codes and could have a photo displayed online, while personal contact details are protected from publication. - DHS would host a centralized, public accountability resource and must keep existing federal, state, and local transparency requirements intact.
