## Summary

**Statewide digital reentry resource guides** to help people returning from incarceration find local services and supports. It would set up a pilot, run by the Attorney General, to award grants to eligible applicants to develop, expand, and maintain those guides. - People returning from incarceration would have downloadable, region-searchable guides listing names and contact information for housing, employment, health care, legal aid, food, ID assistance, transportation, shelters, and many other local services. - States could apply for 3-year grants that must include a plan to identify statewide resources, name who will manage the guide, explain where it will be accessible, and describe outreach to prisons and returning people. - Grants may fund planning, community engagement, implementation, startup or expansion, outreach and language translation, staff salaries tied to the guide, and digital maintenance. - Grantees must report annually to the Attorney General, and the Attorney General must later send Congress an evaluation that includes the program's effects on recidivism. *Would authorize $8.0 million per year for fiscal years 2027 through 2030, increasing federal outlays during those years.*
