**Direct transfer of Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe.** This bill would require the Secretary of the Interior to convey all U.S. right, title, and interest in the Clear Creek Hatchery's covered infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe within 90 days after enactment, at no cost and subject to valid existing rights. The conveyance covers 26 specifically listed features, including ponds, dams, a fish ladder, raceways, springs, wells, an incubation room, forebays, a water tower, fences, roads, and associated pipes and conduits, using two maps dated December 3, 2024, with the map controlling any discrepancy, and allowing the Secretary and the Tribe to correct minor errors.
