## Summary

**Make cargo flightcrew duty and rest rules match passenger rules.** This bill would require the Secretary of Transportation to change the FAA's flightcrew duty and rest final rule so it applies to all-cargo operations the same as passenger operations. The Secretary would have 30 days after enactment to make the change and may do so without using the usual notice-and-comment rulemaking under section 553 of title 5.
