## Summary

**Limit SNAP purchases to foods that meet nutrition standards set by the Secretary of Agriculture.** The bill would create a new "eligible food" definition and explicitly exclude five categories from purchases made with SNAP benefits. - Families and SNAP households would not be able to use benefits to buy five excluded categories.
