The report is prepared to protect sources and methods and is sent to eight congressional committees. - U.S. foreign policy and national security agencies: Would require the Secretary of State to deliver a detailed five-year strategy within 180 days that outlines specific objectives for U.S.-Georgia ties and the tools, resources, and funding needed to meet them. The strategy must say whether Georgia should remain a top recipient of U.S. funding in the Europe and Eurasia region. - Georgia and U.S. investments: The strategy must assess whether the Georgian government is committed to expanding trade with the United States and Europe and whether the U.S. should continue investing in projects in Georgia.
