## Summary

**Would cap tariffs on agricultural inputs at the rates that applied on January 19, 2025.** It would apply to imports from countries with normal trade relations and override other laws and emergency tariff authority that would raise duties. The bill defines agricultural inputs to include seeds, fertilizer, crop protection chemicals, livestock feed, fuel and energy, farm machinery and parts, building materials, veterinary supplies, and other supplies and components necessary for farm production.
