## Summary

**Would restore exhibits removed from public display at Independence National Historical Park and bar changes without Congress' approval.** It would direct the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the National Park Service, to return all interpretive or educational exhibits, signs, plaques, or other displays removed after January 21, 2026 so they appear as they did on that date and to complete that restoration within 15 days of enactment.
