## Summary

**Repeal of the Thurmond amendment to the Fair Housing Act.** The Fair Future Act would repeal the Thurmond amendment by removing paragraph (4) of Section 807(b) of the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3607(b)) and renumbering the former paragraph (5) as paragraph (4).
