## Summary

**A nationwide visa mandate for nationals of the People's Republic of China.** The bill would bar admission of any person who is a national of the People's Republic of China or who holds a passport issued by the People's Republic of China unless they have a valid visa, block Department of Homeland Security funds from allowing PRC nationals to use visa‑free programs including the Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands visa‑waiver authorities and the Economic Vitality & Security Travel Authorization Program, and define the People's Republic of China to include Hong Kong and Macau.
