## Summary

**Requires USDA to publish detailed records for commodity promotion programs so the public can see audits, budgets, activities, and evaluations.** The bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture to post on the Department of Agriculture's website for each commodity promotion order the audit reports submitted by commodity boards, the activities and budgets approved by the Secretary for each fiscal year, and the results of periodic independent evaluations. The Department must publish the five full fiscal years before enactment within 180 days and then publish each subsequent fiscal year's records within 365 days after that fiscal year ends.
