## Summary

**Repeals the Executive Order 'Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence'.** The GUARDRAILS Act, short for Guaranteeing and Upholding Americans' Right to Decide Responsible AI Laws and Standards Act, would make the December 11, 2025 order have no force or effect. It would also prohibit any federal funds from being used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out that order.
