## Summary

**Redirects unobligated coronavirus state and local recovery funds into a new Treasury account to pay for construction and maintenance of a southern border wall.** This bill would create the Southern Border Wall Construction Fund in the general fund of the Treasury and immediately deposit all unobligated amounts from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds into that account. - State and local governments: Currently unspent dollars in those recovery accounts would be moved into the new Treasury fund, changing who controls those unobligated amounts. - Department of Homeland Security: The Secretary would use money in the Fund to construct and maintain physical barriers along the southern international border.
