## Summary

**Requires tax-exempt groups to report aggregated data on immigrant resettlement assistance.** This bill would add a new Form 990 reporting requirement so certain tax-exempt organizations must supply counts of noncitizens they help with lawful resettlement, whether those people enroll in federal benefit programs, any cash or in-kind aid received, and whether the help was direct or indirect. - Families and noncitizens: Data collected would be strictly aggregate and may not include any information that can identify a particular individual. This aims to preserve individual privacy while tracking service use. - Tax-exempt organizations: Qualifying organizations would need to include the new information on Form 990 for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2026. The Secretary of the Treasury could require additional information consistent with the law. - Congress and oversight: The Secretary would transmit an annual aggregated statistical report to Congress, with the first report due by December 31, 2028 and yearly after that.
