## Summary

**Denaturalization and removal for terrorism-related convictions.** This bill would add a sworn terrorism attestation to naturalization forms and expand the grounds and procedures for revoking citizenship and deporting people tied to a long list of federal terrorism offenses. - Prospective citizens would have to sign an oath saying they have no convictions or pending charges for any listed “covered offense” and that they do not intend to commit one. The Department of Homeland Security would have 180 days to update Form N-400 to list each offense and require separate affirmations. - People already naturalized could face civil denaturalization in federal court if convicted of, found to have supported, or credibly shown to have committed covered offenses. The bill creates a prima facie framework and includes a 10-year lookback window for some cases and no statute of limitations for denaturalization proceedings. - Convictions for covered offenses become new grounds of inadmissibility and make someone ineligible for immigration benefits. The bill bars waivers, allows detention during proceedings, and imposes a permanent reentry bar after revocation or removal.
