## Summary

**Mandatory national listing for every dietary supplement.** This bill would require every dietary supplement sold in the United States to be listed with the Secretary and would create a public, searchable database with limited confidentiality protections. - Consumers would get a public, searchable database of product labels, ingredients, servings, directions, and claims available no later than two years after enactment, while certain sensitive details like exact proprietary blend amounts and some business addresses would be withheld. - Manufacturers, packers, distributors, and U.S. agents for foreign firms would have to submit detailed listing data including label copies, full ingredient lists, serving size, warnings, and contact information; products on the market by January 1, 2027 must be listed within 18 months and new products must be listed when introduced into interstate commerce. - The Secretary would assign a product listing number and run the electronic database, and failure to file or update a listing or provide requested information could be treated as misbranding for enforcement. The bill authorizes about $7.9 million for FY2026 and $6.6 million annually for FY2027–2030 to implement the program. *Would authorize about $7.9 million for FY2026 and $6.6 million annually for FY2027–2030 to set up and operate the listing system and database.*
