## Summary

This bill would sharply tighten U.S. immigration rules to **bar, deport, or strip citizenship** from people for membership in or advocacy of specified ideological movements. - Immigrants and visa applicants would face expanded inadmissibility for membership in or affiliation with communist, socialist, Chinese communist, Marxist, or Islamic fundamentalist parties, and advocacy can be a ground for denial with a limited exception for actions before age 14 and a new 14-year membership threshold. - Naturalization applicants and current naturalized citizens would face broader eligibility checks and risk of denaturalization for past or present advocacy or affiliation, including electronic material, and the bill removes the prior five-year limit on revocations. - Community groups and individuals would see a detailed set of definitions and named movements and organizations, including the Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic State, Al-Nour Party, Hamas, and Hezbollah, and many agency determinations would be made nonreviewable while the Attorney General writes implementing rules.
