## Summary

**Bans deceptive advertising about reproductive health services.** This bill would make it unlawful to misrepresent that you offer contraception, abortion, referrals, or access to licensed medical staff, and it would give the Federal Trade Commission authority to write rules and enforce the ban. - People seeking reproductive care could recover restitution and other equitable relief when the Federal Trade Commission wins enforcement actions against entities that lied about services. - Nonprofit organizations are explicitly covered and could face civil penalties for each violation up to the greater of $100,000 (adjusted for inflation) or 50% of the ultimate parent entity's prior 12-month revenue. - The Federal Trade Commission would issue regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act, treat violations as unfair or deceptive acts under the FTC Act, bring civil suits in federal court, and must report enforcement actions and outcomes to Congress starting one year after enactment and every two years thereafter.
