## Summary

**Would remove tariffs on phosphate fertilizers imported from the Kingdom of Morocco to lower input costs for American farmers.** It would also revoke countervailing duty orders for Moroccan imports and require refunds of certain cash deposits to importers. - Farmers: Would see lower fertilizer input costs because the bill exempts phosphate fertilizers classified under HS 3103 and 3105 from duties under sections 122 or 301 of the Trade Act. - Importers: Would stop paying duties on Moroccan phosphate and would be eligible for refunds of cash deposits within 90 days, except for duties assessed in administrative reviews completed earlier. - Trade agencies: Would be required to stop collecting duties or deposits and implement the revocation; the countervailing duty revocation would take effect 4 business days after enactment and the tariff suspension would start 7 days after enactment.
