## Summary

**Stronger USPS accountability for St. Louis mail and package performance.** This bill would require the Postmaster General to deliver a detailed report on delivery performance in the St. Louis region and describe management steps to address persistent service failures. - St. Louis residents and businesses would gain a federal report comparing on-time delivery for First-Class Mail, Marketing Mail, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage against national averages and similarly sized districts for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025. - USPS frontline staff and local operations would face a required workforce analysis showing vacancy and turnover rates for clerks, mail handlers, carriers, maintenance staff, and supervisors, plus how staffing shortages affect processing, transportation, and delivery. - Congress and postal managers would get the status of corrective actions tied to two Office of Inspector General audits, including progress on filling vacancies, automated equipment maintenance, scan compliance, trip on-time and extra-trip trends, package scanning accuracy, and implementation of 12 and 2 OIG recommendations.
