## Summary

**Bars business tax deductions for private fixed-wing aircraft expenses.** The bill would deny Section 162 deductions for amounts paid to purchase, maintain, or operate private fixed-wing aircraft, including depreciation, while allowing deductions when the aircraft is used primarily to transport property, is modified and used mainly for agriculture, firefighting, or emergency medical purposes, or is used in businesses that offer flight instruction, skydiving, scheduled public air transport, or sightseeing.
