## Summary

**Extends U.S. anti-boycott rules to international governmental organizations.** This bill would amend the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 so international governmental organizations are treated like foreign countries under the law and would require a yearly public report that lists and describes boycotts those entities foster or impose. - Companies and contractors that work with international governmental organizations would face the same prohibitions and consequences that apply to boycotts of foreign countries. - International governmental organizations would be newly covered by the Act, putting them on the same legal footing as foreign countries for boycott-related restrictions. - Congress and the public would receive an annual report from the President that lists foreign countries and IGOs that foster or impose boycotts and provides descriptions of those boycotts.
