## Summary

**Mandatory issuer disclosure of Xinjiang-linked supply chains and independent third-party verification.** This bill would require companies registering securities to report whether their supply or production chains involve goods sourced from or through the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region or produced with forced labor and to submit independent verification before filing. - Companies and issuers would have to list facility names, addresses, and sourcing quantities for relevant smelters, refineries, farms, or factories and file that documentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Noncompliance or misrepresentation could block exchange approval and bar re-filing for 1 year. - The Commission would require independent verification by an SEC-approved third-party auditor and make all documentation publicly available on the Commission’s website; auditors’ identities remain confidential unless waived and issuers must adopt policies to address reprisals against auditors. - The bill defines forced labor to include Uyghur, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, and other oppressed groups in state programs and sets an automatic end date no later than 8 years after enactment or earlier if the President determines mass internment and forced labor in Xinjiang have ended.
