## Summary

**This bill would establish annual reporting and briefings to Congress on the SBA's use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.** It directs detailed reviews of how the Administration uses AI, the benefits and risks, and how human oversight and tool selection would work. - SBA leadership must produce a comprehensive report not later than 90 days after enactment and annually after that.
