## Summary

**Conveys specific federal land parcels to the City of Tulare to support youth recreation and commemorate women's history.** This bill would extinguish the United States' reversionary interest in the parcels identified on the April 30, 2015 map and direct the Secretary of the Interior to execute a recordable instrument documenting that relinquishment. The City would pay any required documentation costs and the relinquishment would take effect when Union Pacific Railroad conveys the parcels to the City. The map would be kept on file at the Bureau of Land Management and existing public and adjacent access rights would be preserved. The parcels would remain subject to the same surface entry conditions as parcels affected by Public Law 105-195.
