## Summary

**Mandatory minimum prison terms for federal fraud and false-statement crimes**. This bill would add two new mandatory-minimum sentencing provisions to Title 18 that tie prison ranges and fines to the dollar value of the fraud. It would make those minimums apply notwithstanding other sentencing provisions in the same chapters.
