## Summary

**Bans building and federal funding of triumphal arches in Lady Bird Johnson Park and caps arch height on National Capital Region National Park Service land at 50 feet.** This bill would bar establishing or constructing a triumphal arch in Lady Bird Johnson Park in the District of Columbia and would prohibit using Federal funds for that activity in the park regardless of other law or funding source.
