## Summary

**Authorizes non-degree flight training in VA vocational rehabilitation for veterans with service-connected disabilities.** This bill would let the Secretary of Veterans Affairs approve rehabilitation plans that include non-degree flight courses as part of vocational training and would supersede limits in 38 U.S.C. 3680A(b).
