## Summary

**Free annual federal lands passes for foster families.** This bill would amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to add foster family homes, as defined in the Social Security Act, to the list of people eligible for a no-cost annual pass. Families must provide proof of eligibility as determined by the Secretary. One free pass is allowed per family, and the Secretary may provide additional no-cost passes if a family is too large to be covered by a single pass.
