## Summary

**Makes federal military pensions and annuities tax-free for service members and their beneficiaries.** This bill would add a new Section 113 to the tax code so that amounts received from the Federal Government for service as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces are excluded from gross income, and the rule would apply to taxable years beginning after the date of enactment.
