## Summary

**Guaranteed no-cost primary and behavioral health visits.** This bill would require group and individual health plans governed by ERISA, the Public Health Service Act, and the Internal Revenue Code to cover 3 primary care visits and 3 behavioral health visits per plan year with no cost-sharing and with equal treatment limits and reimbursement as comparable visits. - Families and patients: Households would have up to 3 primary care visits and 3 behavioral health visits each plan year with no copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. That reduces up-front cost barriers for routine care and mental health support. - Workers and employers: People in employer-sponsored plans would get the same no-cost visits under ERISA rules. Plan sponsors must ensure coverage meets the bill’s definitions and eligibility rules. - Plans and providers: Insurers must not impose more restrictive treatment limits or lower reimbursement for these visits. The bill defines qualified providers, including pediatricians, family physicians, advanced practice nurses, psychiatrists, and therapists.
