## Summary

**Creates federal crimes aimed at holding adults accountable when they provide firearms to juveniles or leave guns where juveniles can access them.** This bill would make it illegal for people 18 and older to knowingly give a firearm to a juvenile if they know or reasonably believe the juvenile will use it to self‑harm or to commit a crime, and to criminalize unsafe storage that lets a juvenile obtain a firearm that is then used in a crime or causes injury or death.
