## Summary

**Protect federal employees' access to reproductive health care** by stopping major agency moves to states with restrictive abortion laws and by creating travel, leave, and privacy protections for employees and eligible dependents. - Workers and families: Employees and eligible dependents could receive travel and transportation allowances to get lawful reproductive care not available where they live. Employees would be eligible for up to 21 days of administrative leave for abortion-related travel and could opt out of details or relocations to listed states; agencies must issue travel rules within 90 days. - Agency operations: The Comptroller General would publish and update at least quarterly a list of states and territories with restrictive abortion laws. The bill would bar moving a headquarters or a significant portion of an Executive agency to listed states and limit using federal funds to lease, buy, or construct facilities there while allowing maintenance and some existing leases; “significant portion” is defined as at least 5% of employees or 10% of a component's annual discretionary budget. - Privacy and workplace protections: The bill would prohibit asking about abortion use or travel when deciding eligibility for access to classified information and would forbid retaliation against employees who opt out of relocations, seek allowances, or use abortion-related leave.
