## Summary

**Expands the Ukraine Support Fund to let Ukraine purchase defense articles and services.** This bill would add a new item (D) to Section 104(f)(2) of the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act to authorize purchases by the Government of Ukraine of defense articles and services to respond to and recover from the consequences of aggression by the Russian Federation.
